Trillium Lane is a Media and Entertainment Fund whose mission is to identify and invest in creative properties that have significant potential to become worldwide Media & Entertainment Franchises spanning television, games, movies, licensing and merchandising.
Trillium Lane is founded and led by experienced, award winning professionals who have extensive experience in developing and marketing media assets.

Our Founders

Bruce Robinson - CEO

Originally from New York, Bruce moved to Los Angeles in the 90s. He was successfully working as a musician playing with bands such as Jani Lanes Warrent, Cc Deville, and more. Moving from music to the music business, he eventually became the number one salesman of the Guitar Center Chain and learned about the business working with the A&R world. Bruce transitioned from selling Commodities to the Private Placement industry. He also spent time working in the Federal Tax relief field. In 2007, he became the Vice President of Business Development and built one of the largest kids streaming channels called Toongoggles where he raised funds, developed kids programming, and produced many episodes and music videos.

Matt Danner - Creative Director - Showrunner

Emmy Award-winning Matt Danner is an established Creator, Executive Producer, and Writer/Director in the animation industry. He has worked with Disney, Nickelodeon, Warner Brothers, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, and Mattel, among others. His development deals with Disney and Warner Bros have spawned multiple series. Matt served as the Exec Producer and Supervising Director for MUPPET BABIES for Disney Junior. He spearheaded the development of the show and Matt is also the voice of KERMIT THE FROG, ROWLF THE DOG, WALDORF, BEAKER and SWEDISH CHEF. Matt’s Muppet Babies has been nominated for 5 Emmys in the Writing, Producing, Directing categories and won for his performance as Kermit. Recently, Matt is developing, producing, and directing high-profile brands as animated features for Disney+ with 20th Century Fox Studios. These include NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM, ICE AGE, and DIARY OF A WIMPY KID.

Michael Diaz - Business Development - Production

Los Angeles-based animation producer with over 30 years of experience in the entertainment business. He has secured many production service deals in the U.S. with Disney, Warner Bros., Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Warner Bros., Hulu, LEGO, Mattel and Sesame Workshop generating yearly revenues into the millions. His early years were spent at Hanna-Barbera, Cartoon Network, Warner Bros. Animation and Kids’ WB!, where he oversaw development, production and programming. He continues to develop and produce a variety of animation projects, in addition to guiding overall business strategy for leading animation studios across the globe.

Eric Bauza - Talent - Promotion

Canadian-born Filipino voice actor based in the United States. He is most known for voicing Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig and many more Looney Tunes characters, for which he won two Emmy Awards for his performances in Looney Tunes Cartoons and Bugs Bunny Builders. Other notable roles include Woody Woodpecker, Foop in The Fairly OddParents and Master Splinter in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. As quite possibly the most famous voice actor on the planet, Bauza’s successes keep piling up. He recently worked alongside LeBron James in Space Jam 2 and his new movie Woody Woodpecker Goes to Camp has just hit #1 on Netflix globally. While being a mega talent himself, he has a knack for shepherding performers and hs become close with some of today’s biggest stars and influencers.

Steve Viner - Business Strategy

Steve Viner is a chartered accountant and co-founder and CEO of the Liquid Group, comprising Liquid Animation, Spunge Games and a world class portfolio of Intellectual Properties. Starting as Liquid Animation, Steve has steered Liquid to also grow multi-media and games divisions, which are now successful standalone businesses within the group. Steve has a key role in creating, developing and pitching Liquid’s slate of intellectual property to broadcasters, distributors and global entertainment companies, including Disney, Lego, Warner Bros and Mattel. Steve has led the development of Spunge Games highly successful Faily franchise of games as well as spear heading Spunge’s push into developing and publishing VR games with it’s original IP “Dead Second” featuring on Meta’s Quest platform.

Other movies produced from her sales include MAD DOG TIME, UNDERWORLD, FOREVER LULU, SECOND SKIN, GO TO THE DEAD (HBO), MICHAEL LANDON: THE FATHER I KNEW , and PURGATOR (nominated for a WGA Award). DEATH SENTENCE, a novel written by Brian Garfield was released by 20th Century Fox, and SPRING THAW starring Melissa Gilbert aired on Hallmark Channel. HELL RIDE, released by Dimension Films, was presented by Quentin Tarantino. More recently, Ms. Coppage sold the books on which LAWMEN: BASS REEVES (Paramount +) is based. Over two dozen of her properties are currently under option.

Sander is an American Daytime Emmy award-winning producer of television animation. He was President of Warner Bros. Animation between 2001 and 2007, followed by President, International Productions of Sony Pictures Television between 2007 and 2009, and was President of Fremantle Media's Kids and Family Entertainment Division from 2009 through 2013. From 2013 to 2015 he was CEO of IPSP Global Financial Services LLC, the American arm of DengiOnline, the largest online electronics payments platform in Russia and the C.I.S., specializing in the distribution of video games for and micro-transactions within gaming for all platforms. In 2013, Sander founded Sandman Television and Film Inc., a boutique production company and media advisory firm.

Lacey has distributed and/or produced over 3,200 episodes of television programming to over 100 countries in most genres, including some of the biggest children's hit series in the past three decades. In 1994, Lacey founded Lacey Entertainment, a New York-based worldwide television marketing, production, and distribution company.

Prior to creating his youth focused marketing agency, 12to20, Richard held executive positions at Warner Music Group, Sony Music, RCA Records, and Time/Warner. In 1998, he launched 12 to 20 to fill the market need for customized, cutting-edge teen marketing that would marry unique creative approaches for artists and advertisers, and not for profit messaging with a particular focus on in school marketing and education. 12to20 has brought these programs to over 10,000 schools across the U.S. In 2012, funded by Universal Music Group, he founded myKaZootv, a music label and video channel for preschoolers, as a broadcast platform for the creation of music focused children’s shows. JAM HOTEL, Ellis’ animated music education show, a partnership with WGBH/PBS, was sold to Netflix in 2016. Throughout his career, he has been a creative and business consultant for many young artists helping them launch their careers and directing them on their music and video production, branding, marketing, touring and performances. Among the artists he has worked with are Taylor Swift, The Jonas Brothers, Ashley Tisdale, Mindless Behavior, Fabolous and Avril Lavigne. In 2015, he launched a management partnership to work with these young clients with Ron Stone of Gold Mountain Entertainment, the legendary music management firm, whose extensive list of clients have included Crosby, Stills and Nash, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Bob Dylan, Bonnie Raitt and Joss Stone. Ellis has also worked extensively with global brands such as Disney, MTV, Lionsgate, Neutrogena, Reebok, CBS, Dodge, Ford Motor Company, Teen Vogue, Pepsi, P&G, and every record company in the world. He has produced television programming for Netflix, Cosmopolitan and A&E and has music supervised films for National Lampoon Films.

Gabe Swarr is a three-time Emmy-winning Executive Producer and Director of animation, as well as an independent game developer. He recently completed his role as Executive Producer on Steven Spielberg’s Animaniacs at Warner Bros Animation. Gabe's extensive credits include serving as Supervising Producer of KUNG FU PANDA: LEGENDS OF AWESOMENESS, Director of PENGUINS OF 

MADAGASCAR (TV series) and work on EL TIGRE: THE ADVENTURES OF MANNY RIVERA, as well as writing and storyboarding for DEXTER LABORATORY. He has developed both 2D and CG content, including linear and non-linear formats, at Nickelodeon. Gabe is well known in the animation industry for his unique vision, voice, and independent spirit. He created and produced the long-running webcomic and animated YouTube series LIFE IN THE ANALOG AGE and co-founded iAM8BIT. Through his video game company, Gabboco Games, he has independently developed and released two original Game Boy Color games, including one as a physical cartridge from Limited Run Games, and a game for Panic's Playdate console. Currently, Gabe is developing both original IP and established IP for games and other media, with his next game set to release this fall.
